Panel Doctors Law

We advise and represent panel doctors, medical care centres (MVZ) and other doctors participating in panel doctor care (e.g. authorised hospital doctors) and organisations in all matters relating to panel doctor law. This includes in particular

  • Organisation options (replacement procedures, professional practice associations, medical care centres, joint practices, branch practices)
  • Licensing law (applications for licences and special needs licences, authorisations, employment permits, licence withdrawal procedures)
  • Fee matters (EBM, HVM, GOÄ,)
  • Recourse defence (performance audit procedures, plausibility checks: Time profiles, personal service provision)
  • Representation in reprimand and disciplinary proceedings
