Head Physician Law

We advise and represent (prospective) chief physicians and hospital owners in the drafting of chief physician service contracts. In addition to labour law issues, questions of remuneration (participation remuneration or liquidation rights), the collaboration of contract physicians in the department and the participation of the head physician in forms of outpatient care (authorisation, approval or special needs approval, MVZ) regularly play a special role.
