Remuneration Law
We represent both hospital owners (GoÄ, KHEntgG, DRG) and doctors in private practice (GoÄ, EBM, performance audit) in all matters relating to remuneration. We are also happy to take on the collection and judicial enforcement of claims. In addition, we also represent private and statutory health insurers as well as patients, particularly in matters relating to medical billing.
