General Liability Law

Our law firm is very active in the area of liability law. Liability law has traditionally been one of the firm's specialisations. We deal with general civil law liability issues as well as with liability standards from specialised laws.

Five lawyers from our firm are co-authors of the handbook "Geigel, Der Haftpflichtprozess", a standard work on liability law published by C.H. Beck, Munich, which has been edited by our colleague Dr Schlegelmilch for many years and which will be edited by our partner JR Haag from the 26th edition to be published in February 2011.
