Medical Criminal Law

We represent doctors and other healthcare providers in all criminal proceedings in connection with the practice of medicine. This includes, in particular, proceedings for

  • alleged bodily injury, failure to render assistance or other offenses in connection with alleged medical malpractice,
  • alleged billing fraud,
  • alleged corruption or bribery in the healthcare sector.

In these cases in particular, cooperation between medical malpractice lawyers and criminal lawyers is especially important.
