We represent doctors and other healthcare providers in all criminal proceedings in connection with the practice of medicine. This includes, in particular, proceedings for
- alleged bodily injury, failure to render assistance or other offenses in connection with alleged medical malpractice,
- alleged billing fraud,
- alleged corruption or bribery in the healthcare sector.
In these cases in particular, cooperation between medical malpractice lawyers and criminal lawyers is especially important.
