Insurance law is one of the specialisations of our law firm. We have particular experience in the area of personal insurance, especially in the area of life and disability insurance, as well as in the area of liability insurance. Our expertise in insurance law is reflected not least in the fact that two of our lawyers, JR Kurt Haag and Dr Thomas Münkel hold the title "Specialist Lawyer for Insurance Law". Dr Thomas Münkel is also co-author of the juris practice report on insurance law and a renowned commentary on the German Insurance Contract Act (VVG).
