The increasing importance of insurance intermediary law, in particular insurance broker law, is also the subject of our advisory activities. In this context, we advise and represent insurance intermediaries and insurance brokers in professional and liability law matters as well as policyholders in the examination and enforcement of liability and compensation claims.

The landmark judgement of the BGH of 10 March 2016 (I ZR 147/14) printed in the official collection "BGHZ" on the duties of an insurance broker was issued in proceedings in which we acted as counsel in the first two instances.
